About Erath County Court Docket

Erath County dockets and case records are held by several offices. The District Clerk, County Clerk, Justice Courts, and municipal courts each maintain different files, while local Odyssey and re:SearchTX provide separate search routes. This private resource organizes those official paths so readers can identify the right court, clerk counter, portal, address, or phone number with less guesswork.

Why We Built This Site

Texas permits public access to many dockets and case files, but access begins with the correct custodian. Wanda Greer's District Clerk office keeps 266th District Court records. Gwinda Jones's County Clerk office handles county, probate, and Justice Court records through distinct counters. Stephenville and Dublin also operate municipal courts. We organize verified contact details, official search systems, court-date channels, and request steps because those separate paths can be hard to distinguish.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket help: ways to read and search Erath County criminal and civil dockets
  • Settings: official channels for checking an Erath County court date
  • Case lookup: local Odyssey, statewide re:SearchTX, and clerk fallback routes
  • Record requests: the distinction between a docket, filed paper, and certified copy

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Erath County court, Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Our role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes that appear on some content pages. They operate their own services, choose their prices, and control their results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set the provider's charges or determine which records it returns.
